It's hard to believe we even know these people.

And it's not just because of their street cred. Or their resumes. Or clients. Or books. Or albums.

What we love about this team is that they've got hearts as big as their smarts, and they actually believe that together we can lead a movement to change business for good.

Culture, Inc. specializes in the "how" of culture, helping leaders define and create a corporate personality that accommodates and accelerates their organizational objectives.

We teach leaders to operate the three levers of culture. We implement systems that:

  • Guide the selection and placement of talent to optimize culture;
  • Orchestrate information flows and messaging to drive cultural alignment and synergy;
  • Improve leadership density and position companies for nimble growth.

This is not all soft skills and abstract rhetoric. We launch strategic projects to address specific objectives; most companies see a massive momentum shift within 6-12 weeks. The long-term ROI is even more exciting. Our case studies with high-profile brands make a convincing case that we've cracked the code on culture.
In addition, we partner with the leading thinkers in the culture space to foster the advancement of this new era in organizational theory and to bring the best solutions to our clients and theirs.

Bob Sima

Bob Sima (pronounced sEYE-ma) is to music what Wayne Dyer, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Eckhart Tolle are to books and Rumi, Hafiz, and David Whyte are to poetry. He has been called “Eckhart Tolle with a guitar”. He is troubadour, a way-shower, a guide, an awakener, and a musical mystic. Through the medium of melody and message, he leads listeners to an expanded consciousness, deeper sense of connection, and inner peace and purpose. His music bridges daily life and soul consciousness, the eternal with the now. He delivers instantly accessible songs that take up residence and resonance in your soul.

Comparisons are often made of Sima’s performances to the magical group-sing, experiential connections of the late Pete Seeger. When Sima opens his mouth to sing, what emerges is far beyond the human sounds of his warm and soulful voice. It’s a call, a remembrance, a soft and steady place to land. He speaks the language of the Universe, the language of the soul, the language of the heart. But he’s not just singing to his audience and it’s not just a performance. It’s a gathering, a connection – somewhat of a musical satsang or gathering of truth – that navigates the audience on a profound musical journey.
