She is also VP at Life-Long Leadership, Inc., an organizational development boutique that specializes in creating better leaders through a focus on character development. Her team helps leaders understand what it’s like to be "on the other side of them."

Her team works on team development, organizational effectiveness consulting, leadership skill building workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

He is a collaborator and coalition builder to the bone, blessed with a sixth sense when it comes to organizational dynamics and how cultures do, or don’t, produce results. He excels in consultative roles, combining ability to understand organizations and people, and driving strategies and programs that yield success.
